Collections

Over 1 million volumes, approximately 2,500 linear feet of manuscripts, maps, prints photographs, broadsides periodicals, pamphlets, ephemera and realia, 15th century to the present. The holdings compliment the Library's general collections with particular strengths in the subject areas of fine, decorative and applied arts; English, Irish and American literature; history and Delawareana; horticulture; and history of science and technology.
